I had an "appliance" from 2nd grade to 4th that was made wider and wider each week b/c my mouth was apparently too small...5th grade to 7th I had braces, and now I'm done! I only wear a retainer at night. it's nice :D
Are you getting a top and bottom retainer? or a removeable top one and a bar on the bottom? I have a bar behind in my bottom front teeth...permanent retainer.
